The warranty process will be as follows:

1. Any button/zipper/stitching that can be easily fixed in-store or by a local tailor - replacement part will be sent for either staff repair or we will pay for a local tailor to fix the item
2. For warranty claims or defects in the item - replacement items will be sent to the dealership as the first step
3. If stock is unavailable for replacement - the dealership will be issued an RA# and credit to your account with Gamma will be processed
4. Any additional requests or consumer requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis to come up with a reasonable solution for you and your customer.
